Day 3 | There is One Hope
A Holy Week Journey to find Risen Hope
Dear Friends,
By the time we reach this point in the journey, we’ve acknowledged the pain we carry, our anxiety, and our doubts.
And now, the road brings us to the cross.
For many of us, this is where fear rises. We’ve learned how to protect ourselves—to hold our hearts tightly so we won’t be hurt again. Letting go feels risky. Surrender feels vulnerable. Control can feel safer than trust.
Jesus invites us to a different way.
There is One Hope shows us that the cross doesn’t mean losing ourselves—it means finally being set free. It means releasing the weight we were never meant to carry alone. It means trusting that the One who gave His life for us can be trusted with our hearts and our lives.
The cross is not the end of the road.
It is the turning point.
This is where freedom truly begins.
This is where surrender opens the way for peace.
Encouraging you in God’s truth,
Your JBU Sisters in Christ ❤️
There is One Hope
There is one hope, one bright light to this dark world, to lives of despair, to helpless situations. That hope is Jesus Christ.
