One year ago, we stepped out in faith to take Just Between Us into the digital world—not as a departure from our mission, but as an extension of Jill Briscoe’s lifelong mission to meet people where they are and share the hope of the gospel. As we reflect on this incredible year, we are reminded that this is exactly how Jill has always done ministry—going to where people are, whether in coffee bars, dance halls, or even digital spaces.
The world has changed dramatically since Jill first began sharing her faith over 70 years ago, and today’s generation consumes information differently. Studies show that over 85% of adults access news and inspiration online, and younger generations overwhelmingly turn to digital content for spiritual encouragement. The need to bring the gospel into these digital spaces has never been greater, and we are so grateful for the ways our JBU Digital magazine has been able to do just that.
This is Only the Beginning
Jill’s life was built on the simple truth that availability and obedience are all God asks of us. She has often said, “Start where you are with what you’ve got.” And that’s exactly what we’re doing—leveraging every tool at our disposal to continue reaching and encouraging women worldwide.
